Hello, Hello!
I’ve signed up for a local CSA Share (Community Supported Agriculture) this year and I’m soooo excited. I’ve been looking for a reason to eat more veggies and I think this will be a fun way to do it! Each week for the next 20 weeks, I’ll get a big box full of fruit and veggies (and sometimes flowers!) from a local farm.
My biggest fear is that I’ll let a whole bunch of fresh food go to waste because of a lack of organization. I’ve been gathering a collection of recipes targeted toward what will be in my CSA boxes on my Pinterest account and hopefully that will help. Also, I made a CSA menu planner for myself. I thought I’d share it and hopefully someone, somewhere out there will get some good use out of it too! Feel free to follow my Pinterest account. I have lots of yummy veggie recipes in there!

This is how I’m going to use it –
Step 1: List all the items I have in my weekly CSA box under “My CSA Box”
Step 2: Look up recipes that contain those items.
Step 3: As I find recipes, list them on the day of the week I’m planning to make them.
Step 4: Check off the “used” item.
Step 5: List all the extra items I need to buy from the grocery store for my specific recipes under “Shopping List.”
Goal: Make use of ALL the items in my CSA Box!
